Rowdy noisy unclean unkempt environment. You can't get a good night sleep. More of a local night club with the dj playing till 2am.

in an environment with few accommodation options, they kinda stand out. you literally get everything done in the compound...food,drinks, entertainment, parking space, arenas to chill, snooker games and all.
if you need premium luxury, not recommended.
an out of towner needing a place to sleep? not an entirely bad choice.

But no to much of standard light inside and the television is not bright always blur and the dnt change channel

Worst hotel in Nigeria, pillows and linen are dirty and smell like paraffin, no toiletries and towels available, had to ask their rude staff everytime. Service is very bad!! Rat are the size of a car, I dont recommend this hotel

Their service was okay, the 5k room that I checked was not up to any standard, tho I didn't check others...the worst part is they charge you 10 percent of your money, if you want to withdraw cash from Thier POS.

They are a bit understaffed, because when I went I had to wait almost 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, and when I ordered for food it took forever to get delivered.
Aside that, every other thing is okay. They have lounges (VIP and Regular), snooker table, Tennis table and a club as well I’m case you are looking to spend the weekend
