The market Street are allot better now, the roads have been paved and drainage created In most places, other are still the way they were but construction ???? is still going on. Still a good market for food items and quick meals shopping.

A lot to buy. Can be very muddy during the rainy season. If you are good at bargaining, you'll be just fine.
Be careful of touts and sometimes the area can be hostile due to in-fighting amongst the touts.

Great place to shop...however, the road, though better, is still not completed.
I hope the Government would hasten up the work on the road as this is greatly impacting the market men and women negatively.

Bariga market is a very good place to get food stuffs, clothes, bags and some other things.
But you really need to be careful with your money, bags and phones as the guys in this area are very smart in picking pocket and bags.
The market is a bit rough and it's very close to the road.
Banks are also there so you can withdraw money easily.

If you don't know where you headed.............what part has what you exactly looking for, a hand full of friendly faces can point the way. Bur whenever you hear pricing, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER VENDOR FIRST, BEFORE BUYING!!
