This Hospital is located in the serene environment of Omole Phase 1 Estate in Ojodu. It has a very neat compound, great parking space and ample sitting area at the reception.

The staffs at the reception aren't bad, they are good but can improve if there is better internal motivation. The doctors are good and nurses are responsive.

The laboratory is standby and will do all necessary test.

Their antenatal package is good and they are signed on few HMO like Hygeia and LSHS.

Top Notch Hospital, located in a very serene and neat environment with professional medical and non medical staffs, its truly a Specialist Hospital.

Location: inside omole phase 1, environment is clean, quiet and serene.

Doctors; response was good. Depending on which specialist you're there to see, an average wait time to see a doctor is 30 minutes

Nurses: mostly friendly and professional.

HMO: depending on what HOM you're using, I waited for over 5 hours for my HMO (AVON) to give authorisation for me to see a specialist.

Front desk assistant: they're mostly friendly, depending on the time of the day, I think by evening they're exhausted and their response may be perceived as harsh.

The hospital is too notch. My sister had her twins their through c' section and i must confess they gave us a first class treatment even though we were under an health insurance. Their nurses are very friendly and respectful i so much love their services. They cared for our twins after they had jaundice till they were fine to go home they didn't release us. Please keep up with the good work.

Before I go to a place, I check Google for reviews (of course).
Getting to St Mary's from Omole Gate was about 6mins in a keke napep. The serenity was a plus for me as I'm not particularly thrilled by noisy places.
There's a washbasin right outside before you enter.
Getting my HMO information was the fastest I'd ever experienced.
The nurses were courteous. No unnecessary airs. They answered questions patiently.
Lab attendants were great. I wasn't poked like a specimen.
The pharmacist was also patient and sweet.

Has the best gynaecologist - Doctor Adedeji. Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I was very fortunate to have met him. I recommend him.

Good Doctors but that's sadly where it ends.
Help desk staff are unfriendly, almost never willing or ready to go/do the extra. Appears as though they ain't motivated enough u0026 forced to do their jobs. Hardly ever comes naturally for them.
Strongly perceive there's an absent management and none to complain to. Long waits, delays u0026 horrible turn around time.
Hospital contrasts sharply with the neighborhood it's situated.
Had to put this review up after a few visits since I'm not quick to form opinions. Not quite impressed!!!!
