The rooms are very small and very expensive the least you can get the rooms is #10,500....I work there as a receptionist then....but it wasn't easy for us over there cause we all work as a slave because of the MD you know what that means....

Had my friends over for a party and booked them the nearest hotel, they legit had to look for canoe to get to the hotel, the road was flooded and the hotel wasn’t so much .

Rooms are small, the least amount is 10,500 and it's nothing to write about. Small, TV doesn't work, no heater, I almost cried when my church lodged here for a program.

There's a pool u0026 a lounge. I think this is the only good part.

The hotel is quite old and hasn't lived upto its glory. It is easily accesible to anyone coming in from anywhere in Abeokuta, they have a cool bar, resturant, swimming pool and large compound that can take upto 10 cars comfortably.

The place is horrible.. bathroom had terrible permanent stains on them, rooms were low lighted and smelly. I had to change rooms to a bigger one which was supposed to have a fridge microwave etc, but nothing was there, no fridge no microwave. The room had left over cigarettes on the floor, they did another connecting of bulb into the room of which all the naked wirings were out in the open, the wardrobe had wirings in them I couldn't hang any clothes. The bathroom was dirty I couldn't have my bath. The sink tap wasn't working. I woke up in the morning only to find the floor flooded, the AC water was all over the floor of the room and bathroom. This is just to mention a few things.

Trust me you do not want to stay here

On the quality of service, integrity, and willingness to improve, the owner and the staff have a score of 10+. Integrity is big with me and the establishment did not disappoint. I checked the facility online and spoke to the owner over the phone and everything promised was delivered. In all, I am sold and will recommend it to friends, colleagues, acquaintances anytime they are in Lagos. The price is by far one of the cheapest in its hotel rating category in Lagos period. So it is just ridiculous that some people that I read their comments will pay such affordable amount and expect a $200/night experience. Trust me I know of HOTELS, Aquatic Suites u0026 Lounge is by far one of the best in its category.

The pace is not well maintained and they charge standard fee compared to other hotels. I paid for a room of 15750 and I wasn't given a towel, the toilet was not flushing, I was given a bucket to flush. In all not a good place for the price
