Great location and infrastructure, but poorly maintained. Furniture is worn out, some of the AC's and water heaters don't work. Lawns are unkept very bushy.

Staffs are generally courteous. The hotel is located in a secured environment. Atleast there's 17hrs supply of light on daily basis either by generator or PHCN grid.

I have seen new Plasma TVs, Air Conditions, Refrigerators and Bucket of paints brought in by about 5 trucks, they are upgrading their rooms and the hotel.

In a security compromised NWZ, this place is well secured.

It's environmentally friendly but needs to upgrade their facilities inorder to meet the global standards

The environment is conducive the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, has a gym and an outdoor training ground...

I like the fact that the place Is filled with vegetation and it's a reflection of ancient buildings. Although I would love that some things in the room be upgraded to modern standard.

One of the issue is that some of the rooms are interconnected and someone in the other room maybe hearing your conversation.

An amazing place. Though ancient but still have some nature feelings. It is also quite affordable and close to a major road. It is also friendly for family vacations. I was here in 2018 and back in 2022. Though I feel they need to make some renovations in some of their facilities. Like repainting and changing their televisions to LED TV.

It's a hotel in the heart of the city of katsina and it's one of the best hotels with excellent customer service.
