They have great management, beautiful interior and exterior, with lots of Lovely????❤ donuts????, cakes????, meat pie???? and a pool ???? table ( snooker ????)

Among the best ice cream varieties joint in Kano. You can take your ice cream + cakes at their conducive and beautiful environment or take away to eat at home.

I love their promptness and professionalism in service. Right from when I called to make enquiries, to the actual purchase of the cake - I was impressed.
The birthday cake I bought was so delicious and yummy????.
If you have sweet tooth Valentino is the place to satisfy your cravings.

Always passed by but decided to try for the first time. Had surprisingly good flavored ice-cream. The staff wasn't as nice, service was just ok. Ordered a cinnamon roll and it really didn't taste like it. Tasted little cinnamon, little bit dense and heavy. Also had a lotus cake ???? let's just say, I'll be going back for just the ice cream and not pastries.

I initially gave Valentino a five star.
But I'm barely giving it two starts now for the varieties they have there.
Their standards has drastically fallen. The Customer service is sooo awful, the staff are so rude, mean and unenthusiastic.
The shawarma I took twice were terrible. I've been here like over 10 times. And the last three times I was there, it was unpleasant, found tiny pebbles in my pistachio ice cream flavour. And sometimes they don't label their ice cream flavours, and the staff are not helpful.
Don't get me started on the pizza ????????.
Honestly, I think they have gained ground and name in kano, so they don't try again.
And they don't even clean up after customers as often as they should.. Dude!

Great place for quality ice cream. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavours. You can purchase bubble ice cream cones or waffle cones. Great customer service but it gets busy sometimes and parking is a bit of a hassle during peak periods. Overall, great place for ice cream.
