I am rating 3 stars because the 2 pharmacist on morning duty on 30th may were so rude and arrogant.
I kept my cool because I am also a health worker and wouldn't want to create a scene.
Aside that environment is very friendly and cool and the Dr I met with that very day was friendly and accommodating,took all my history and just like that on the 1st dose of my treatment almost all d symptoms of my illness has vanished.

Although the first Dr I met just told me to tell him what I am feeling at the moment without taking hx,the Dr on the 30th may 2022 is so kind I wish I know his name.cos I will hv always asked for him whenever I visit.

I'm reducing my 4 stars to 2 stars. The customer service is deteriorating. I believe because more clients are registering with the hospital. Please management should take note of areas that that need more human power and appoint accordingly. If not this place will fall apart faster than it started. A fine building with foreigners is not a hospital, quality healthcare service is!

The hospital is one of the best in this state, has all the facilities and health care services 24/7.

Very useless services.
They kept us for 48hrs without seeing a Doctor.
We had to pack and check our shelves out to go for another hospital.
Not a good experience with them.
