The name Sultanate depicts royalty and class. A quite and serene environment. It's a property for matured guests and those with matured mind. Located opposite the famous Kano race course it provides convenience links to outdoors activities for the guest.

The property has a good restuarants and conference ceter for group activities. The neat and decorated with flowers, frames and plagues to the satisfaction of the eyes. Good room rates to crown it up.

Poor services. Mosquitos all over the rooms and place. Booked for 3 nights and they said no refunds. The rooms have one issue or the other. From no running water to bad ACs or no hot water.

Lovely place. Clean, Courteous and helpful staff. They are professional in duty discharging. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning units works very well. The place is affordable and in a serene environment with well todo security personnel. I love the place. There was power all through my stay, courtesy of standby diesel generators. Lovely place. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Located in a serene environment. Various room size and prices available. The hotel is good for the prices available. my concerns The bathing water pressure is low. They need to also add foot mat at the exit of the toilet because after bathing you come in with foots
