It was cool, d bar area was nice, their waiters were kk, d see vice was gud. Last but not the least, their rooms were worth the pay nd at affordable prices located at zungeru road

Royal Park Hotel u0026 Suites situated along Zungeru road of No-man's-land Kano is a nice place to be. Their rooms are okay and comfortable.

The place is easy to locate, they have parking lot, though it is not big. They also have security in the premises.

It's a good place to lodge. Their VIP bar is okay, though it's not spacious, but go enough to sit and have a drink. It's a no smoking area.

I missed my flight and decide to clash at royal park, It was around 12am and I was looking for somewhere close so I was directed by google map, the way they talk to me was very rude because they lack manners, no breakfast, I ordered tea so the receptionist insisted I should come down and collect, I did so and went to the kitchen this guy looked at me from head to toe only to tell me there’s no milk and refused to give me. My body was itchy the next day and when I checked the comforter it was very very dirty. Well I know some hotel wash car for free but they don’t and when I asked them they said I should pay 1000 and he didn’t even wash it. The toilets were very poor no room fresher, flies everywhere dirty curtain, water and light instability poor service. I did 6 hours for 17,000 Worst hotel I’ve ever been

Very unprofessional service. One day I met my room door open, another day my change was not returned, another day I was supplied with a flat drink from a female salesperson lacking basic manners at the bar and they insisted that I pay, giving the typical refrain that I am bigger than that. The management is just interested in extracting money from guests without concern for genuine customer complaints and issues. There exists a reasonable population of Mosquitoes to disturb one's sleep. The power is interrupted frequently and not always switched back on speedily. Twice I had to request for a towel after the cleaners did not provide one.

Horrible hotel with horrible service, dirty curtains with dust and cockroaches in their rooms. Their staff lack manners. They put off the generator around 6:30am and didn’t put it on till we checked out. Water went off as well. I would have rated zero star if possible. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I can’t believe I paid 17,000 for such service!

Need to provide a better environment and make water available at all times
