Well, New Paradise Hotel is located at a very densely populated residential area. The location is quite not too befitting for a hotel. Very poor access road, in and out of the hotel. The environment too is congested and not very conducive for a good experience for visitors.. And one should be very careful around the environment with personal belongings to avoid losing them.

This hotel has been degraded to a short service outlet. The walls are faded. The rooms are hideous.

There’s an Hausa club beside the hotel, there’s so much noise from the club till past 12am.
The luxury rooms are much better than the executive or normal rooms, it just costs a bit more.
Reception is courteous and restaurant serves good food.

The hotel is very nice. They made sure that all the guests were okay throughout the night.

It lacks hotel standard cos water heaters not working you have to fetch hot water yourself, rats in the rooms, AC only works in the night dey don't on AC even if there is NEPA in the daytime,very noisy in the night due to Hausa club close to the hotel and a lot more poor maintenance practices that you have to witness to yourself
