The first league standard stadium in Kano. Named after the famous Kano Pillars Football club for the club's popularity and good performance in the Nigeria Premier league. The stadium reminds football lovers in Kano of the old and glorious days of soccer derby between Racca Rovers and Kano Golden Stars ????.

It still maintained its status as the pioneer and the most reliable sports pitch in term of the number of sporting and social activities being hosted in it.

However, the current state of the facility is a shadow of its old self. From the pitch to the surrounding everything need uplift and upgrade.

It's an indoor stadium where all kinds of sports activities are taking place. Football is the main sport activity happening here. Kano Pillars plays it's weekly home premier league in this stadium. There is a close by market there, you can access various textile and other products after watching your matches.

Understood to be the former home ground of Nigerian Premier League giants Kano Pillars but the place is not game worthy... The structures are begging to be saved
