I was well received from the moment I stepped in until I left. The staffs and attendants were polite and supportive, helping with directions to get basic necessities. I enjoyed my stay!!!

The water heater doesn't work except they want it to work, likewise the Air condition even wall sockets.

Poor hotel service. Noisy old fashioned AC, no water heater in room, no towel available for customer, cheap and poor quality tissue paper (handed to customer alongside soap at the reception).

The hotel needs a serious improvement
