Its still a new settlement, but with serious traffic around NNPC roundabout, not alot of walk-in stores or shops, so you need to go into town for shopping

A nice and cosy estate. Well planned and architecturally designed. The road network in the estate is good and electrical power supply is on a scale of 10 8/10 which is very good considering other places that are very poor in terms of power supply. Water supply is round the clock. Abd above all, the estate is peaceful, unitity amongs residents is very good. Despite their diverse culture and beliefs the residents live ib hamony
