Nice private estate for foreigners, but the roads leading to it is in an utter state of disrepair.

A very secure Estate, but the housing is old and in need of a refurbishment. About half of the houses are empty (probably because of high cost of tenancy) and they have been neglected quite badly, giving the estate of abandonment. Power is OK and generator runs 6pm till morning, Water is a problem and quite often water needs to be bought from street boys.

Good place to live, but lack of maintenance can be seen. Road to this place sucks

good 2 room flat, 2 rk row houses and 4bk houses , with football ground , gym, club house !

It's very nice place
