Visited some guests that came from Adamawa state.Hospitable staff on duty.
Intercom should be repaired to facilitate access to guests from the reception desk.

I observed that maintenance in hotel need to repair every damaged that occurred before hosting any next guest. I observed that the shower has been detached from the wall. I managed it since it was just one night I stayed there.

Bad maintenance culture, Epileptic power supply and they don't Power the Generator until 06:30pm.

Good environment and been inside university campus relatively more secured. Not a conventional hotel though

In the past their Standard rooms worth a five star but maybe a change of management has affected the hotel. It’s still a nice place to stay

The bedding is old, mattresses not good and a very poor catering service. The Cable TV also needs to be improved.
These refers to the standard rooms.

Bedsheets and furniture are very old. Although customer service is good and the price is affordable. Food is nice and very cheap
