The hotel should stop running if the owner can't fund it and improve infrastructure and services. But the Manager is respectful and willing to learn.

The hotel is located in the city of Kano with well historical existence. Its very good for people who afford to stay in an average hotel with no passion and luxury.
No PoS transaction supported and payment shall be made in cash, it has stable light, security and basic hotel management system.

I was on a business trip close to that location so I had little or no choice but to lodge there. The staff were somewhat friendly, but I had to keep reminding them to do the littlest things such as spraying insecticide! ???? The fittings were poor, water heater wasn't working, telephone, not working which left me with no choice than to keep going up and down the stairs to the reception to complain about one thing or the other. The door wasn't locking properly which left me uncomfortable the whole time. The food was ok but as usual, I had to remind them a million times before it was brought to me. After I left, I discovered some of my jewelry were missing.

Is a middle class hotel, easily accessible and very interesting for travellers
