The receptionist is very rude and unnecessarily unpleasant! For someone working in the hospitality sector. They definitely need a better approach to customer service. Tbey have a bar that plays loud music! If you are looking for peace and quiet.you are not likely going to to get it at this hotel. Then so many people just seating and looking idle!

Nice hotel, the price is worth it... faithful staff! I misplaced my foreign SIM card and all staff operations were stopped... until it was located. Very clean rooms.
Based on the fact that I didn't use the same room through out my stay, I noticed their toilet/bathrooms are averagely neat but can be improved... hot water system was missing.
They have no Internet (Wifi) for customers ... otherwise I could have given them 5 stars.

The rooms range from #6500 above. The service was poor, the indomie and egg tasted okay though. But the vegetable soup was bad. The noise from the club next to it was annoying and lasted till 12am. I would not recommend at all.

The environment is noisy and the rooms AC's are not cooling. The towels are brown due to overuse. Most times the towels given are damp. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone except the improve on their services. Thanks

It was a very horrible experience. The rooms are dirty, white beds sheet are more else brown bedsheets. The furniture and furnishing is a disaster. I had to check out barely 4 hours after checking in...of course I was not given any refund. Na wa .

There's provision of electric power for 24 hours of each day. They attend to your requests and needs promptly. Easily accessible with plenty relation and grooving places all around it.

Fair value for the pricing. Food in the hotel's restaurant is okay, security seems good. To enjoy your stay here, ensure to book a room on the last 2 floors save you're a fan of loud music (their bar gets loud).
