Very spacious and serene environment, kept clean most of the time.

Frequent room service making sure everywhere is clean and habitable. Had a great time here with friends for few days. They have a quite nice location which is secluded from the day to day Kano activities but it gets lousy especially when they are hosting events at the poolside, terrible coordination.

The rooms have central cooling system which was lovely to give you the most comfortable temperature from that scorching kano heat.

They have a wonderful breakfast which has a wide variety to select from which starts at 6:30 and ends around 11 or so. Quite professional services.

However, their porter/doormen need to be well trained because they lack professionalism.

It's a very beautiful place and depicts the royalty of its name. The conference room is good but the outdoor restaurant is not good at all, I had breakfast with a swam of flies all over the place and quite uncomfortable. The hotel management should please do something about that otherwise its a beautiful place

Stepping into the reception, I was amazed at the welcoming and luxurious ambience of the whole place. It looked new or there must have been a great investment on maintenance. Imagine my disappointment when I realized there was no receptionist around. Coming into town very late in the night, my group stood waiting for close to an hour, apparently the receptionist was delayed by the rain. The porter tried to step in and check us in, but he was really struggling with the process. Had to get a taxi almost at midnight to find another hotel.

The hotel is really nice and neat. It is the quality of a 4-5star hotel.

There is wide array of food available for breakfast. And the food tastes delicious.

It was just an amazing experience with friendly staff, a nice ambiance and good food. I just love the place so much. It's the choice destination in Kano. Honestly you have to come and try it for yourself! ,,????

Bristol Palace is the true definition of Home away from home. Highly recommended for visitors to Kano. Secure, serene environment, the accommodations second to none. With highly trained staff, located in the heart of Kano city. A trial will wow you.
