The food is good. Tastes the same as every other Shagalinku nationwide. The setting itself could use a renovation. The mood isn't lively at all

It was regular. What you'd expect. Airy, lively(well not so lively). Staff are okay and food is good. There's hardly ever a wait. It's legit a place to go. Parking is free and easily accessible too. Not many kids and it's kinda relaxing if you like to spend you can be there for hours probably

Old style restaurant. Need a massive and modern style renovation.

Shagalinku is an oldest restaurant operated for more than 20 years.

In its early years, it was the only restaurant offering northern dishes in Zaria, Kaduna and Abuja - FCT.

Shagalinku is currently facing challenge of old style system whereby is needs an urgent reconstruction and development to catch up with modernization of the current world of eateries.

Top 10 spot for well packaged local delicacies. It separates itself from other supermarkets by stocking lots of goods from local cottage industries. Only downside is its relatively small size
