Size of the room was the only thing I was most impressed with every other thing was just subpar. The phone in the room didn't work, the facilities within the space were clearly deteriorating and no attention was being paid to them at all. Room service didn't make the usual rounds of cleaning up rooms as they were supposed to amongst other things. I even had to request a towel before one was provided in the the room the lax attitude of the management to handling the hotel is appalling.

This is a budget hotel. The rooms are spacious with modest facilities.
The staff are cautious and friendly. I was amazed that a number of the staff are proficient in multiple Nigerian languages.

Basic.
Excellent location in Kaduna.
Nice staff.
Fits in when you are on a budget.

The hotel need to renovate some of their toilets as some of their water systems are not working
