There was delay of 45min or more b4 putting on Generator when PHCN took light
Over all it's a nice and safe place to stay but there is need to work on some of these issues above

Back to 1 ???? if there's zero star I would have given the hotel. Rooms are not clean, plumbing is bad and bucket for bathing * as shower was bad* was caked with dirt. And there was no bulb in bathroom. Duvet cover looks dirty or maybe it's just old. Don't wish to stay here again if I can help it.

Ishakool is renovated, better than before. I rated it 1 ???? before, upgraded to 3 ????????????.
Housekeeping is still below average, and there's need to improve the kitchen. AC works, beds are orthopedic (not for me????), TV works (tho we were able to watch only a cable channel), bathroom heater was great, staff are cordial! You might want to go with your insecticide cos of mosquito. But generally an ok place

Obsolete! I've stayed here a couple of times, memories were average till my last stay which was terrible! No light and gen was down from night till morning and the mosquitoes has a vampire blood sucking fest! IT was an absolute nightmare! Heard it's been renovated..

Ishakool hotel is a nice place.. I ate at their restaurant and enjoyed their meal in Kaduna. The staff are friendly and the manager is a cool. Guy. I ordered for rice and stew here and it was lovely. I hope to visit Ishakool again when next I come to Kaduna.
