Guaranty Trust Bank as a whole is the best bank I have come to know. This branch in particular is known for the irresistible friendliness of its staff and it's recognition and honour for its esteemed clients.
They never treat you badly even if your request is cannot be granted.
It has not just a separate queue for deposits and withdrawals, the two rooms are completely different so you don't have to queue endlessly for a simple transaction.
It also has dedicated and very patient customer care staff whom I've never seen angry.
It also has a fast track queue where you can make a withdrawal with your card without joining the queue of the those with withdrawal slip.
It's internet banking is the best I know, it's mobile banking is super flexible...
The security men are super sensitive; you don't mess around this bank.
It has very large parking spaces and a good ATM Gallery.
This is indeed a bank to bank with... What more can you ask for?
