Exceed Bar is a good relaxation and sit out spot. It is a nice place to while away time too.

It is poor customer service skills, I had to change rooms and both rooms were in a terrible conditions. No parking space, you park on the street, the whole building is tight and the bar noise and music is so loud you can't close your eyes or concentrate on anything worthwhile.
