My experience at ASAA PYramid Hotel was really wonderful. It's an experience I will love to have again. The food taste good and the environment was conducive. But the waiters and waitress at the kitchen side were with no courtesy and I suggest that should be addressed please.thank you so much.

Yah sorry I didn't take any pictures. It was a business trip and oh well had to focus on work. Overall the rooms where really good for an aged hotel. Keep it up

This hotel gives a five star treatment,friendly staff ready to give right directions, serene environment,guest benefits, good food and great service
Rooms are neat,a really nice conference room and a clean convenient room.

Food is quite good.
Staff are courteous and very polite. Willing to be of assistance always.
Rooms need upgrading, though. Seriously. Toilets without seat covers, walls with mould etc. Stayed in this hotel in 2019. A hotel should improve not degenerate. Contact me for a Business Improvement initiative. ????
