Lovely place with a beautiful ambience. Staff are responsive and friendly.

The facilities are fresh and modern. The upscale aesthetic hones it all together. Would share photos when next I go there.

Definitely recommended for anyone in search of decent lodgings.

Shartell Hotel Jos is a very fantastic place to stay while you're in Jos for anything. Its quaint, chick, and simply feels like home. This is not your regular loud hotel environment, in fact, it is one of the places in the cold tin city of Jos where the experience is worth your time and money. Each room is a well-furnished apartment with a very comfortable bed with about four pillows, a flat screen TV, an intercom, two bottles of water in the refrigerator and tea set. Inside the bathroom, you'll have the hotel-custom toiletries made up of bath gel, lotion, shampoo and towel. You'll also have a vanity kit, shower cap and toothbrush for your personal use. The little setback for me, which is preventing me from giving them a 5-star rating, is the number of TV channels. They are limited and it is something that should be worked on by Shartell hotel. This place has a nice environment, bar, great restaurant etc. When next you're looking for a place to rest in Jos, Shartell should be the place for you. You're Welcome to Jos.

Shartell hotels Jos is a hotel that is just ok in my opinion. I like the fact that the place is so quiet and in a good environment. The first time I went there, I ordered for lamb something something, it eventually didn't come for me to have a taste after waiting for it for over an hour. I had to leave there that day. The second time I had tea and it was really nice. I think it's hibiscus tea.

The hotel is just ok. Nothing to hype. I like the outdoor sitting and the staff are actually really polite. But their food is salty, they give really old towels. The noise when ever workers come around is really terrible especially for people in the rooms close to the reception. And the don't have TV channels so you have to be subjected to watching news. But I must say that the hotel is highly overrated.

This is one of the best hotel in Jos in term of location and cleanliness of the environment. The staff are good and services commendable.

I recommend it to anyone coming to Jos for holidays or family vacation and relaxations.

Lovely place, good food. Mary the young lady at the front desk was helpful and calm. The head chef is over sabi but stand your ground on what you want. Their meals are tasty and freshly made. Avoid peppersoup if you are from the South South, you Will not like theirs. For a weather like jos you will expect a hot bath, my friends did have but mine was just running normal. It's a good place I'll recommend
