You spend almost the entire day waiting to see the doctor, and once you don't know anybody to push your file, you are on your own. Some of the doctors at SOPD don't come till maybe 10am, it is quite frustrating. And again, if the students are around the doctors tend to forget that there are patients waiting to see them.

I've always thought doctors are trained to be very friendly, maybe not the ones in BHUTH. Both doctors, nurses and normal staff are very unfriendly/rude. They don't act like people serving humanity......all of them need orientation on how to behave nicely towards patients. It's unfortunate, but I didn't have a good doctor/patient relationship (I wish I can mention names)......there's room for lots of improvement

It's a really nice hospital and we've not had any issues so far since going for Clinic.

Hmmm I really need to give a very poor review cause they ward my uncle was admitted isn't clean ,unkept so unlike a private missionary hospital.no much attention to them except expensive bed space ,bed very bad pls I think u should really sanitise and replace old furniture's or bed that are not good .pls not everybody is reach so u people should try and consider others things are really in this country ur hospital service are really nothing to talk about except expensive test to be carried out and no enough doctors

A very busy hospital with hard working professionals.The Doctors and nurses are versatile in their various activities.The dental clinic is the best and the medical laboratory is one of its kind.
The pharmacy department is unique in providing services..
The medical students are always available to assist the team of consultants to provide excellent medical care to patients.
The casualty and emergency unit are always available to receive emergency cases.
The medical services are excellent and the environment is well kept.
All covid-19 protocol are observed.
