Pleasant staff. Old rooms but spacy and clean. Kitchen needs to do better with meals.

It's getting difficult for the management to maintain standards. The house keepers do not clean the rooms, there are plumbing issues in the bathrooms/toilets. The AC do not cool on its own except with the aid of a working ceiling fan. The current manager, Mr. Ishaku interacts very poorly with clients, he argues when issues of their poor services are bought forward, denies them even when it is so glaring.

Duragi Hotels have good rooms at affordable price with good air condition, good restaurant and a beautiful pool. There waiters have good interpersonal relationship skills

I wish there was a negative rating because that is what this place deserves. Very poor maintenance, epileptic power supply with no generator as back up.
