As the name implies it's a prison area,and I don't like the fact that it is located right in d middle of a settlement.it has markets,shops and homes right in front and around it. The angry looking faces of the police (at their duty post) guardians the gate doesn't make it fee any cool.

An open roof maximum detention centre. Must have about 20 - 40 inmates per room. Over 530 inmates, over 300 were on awaiting trial, about 22 inmates on death roll/ life sentence.
