Nice and conducive environment. Different room options available. Wifi, generator and other facilities available.

Student Hostel famous among students of the University of Ilorin.

Accommodation is base on individual budget.

Basic amenities are available at the hostel. I dunno the security arrangements in place though but the hostel seem secured and spacious.

Like every business, look at for the value you desire, do your research and sign a contract if satisfied. I've never lived in the hostel. This is just a recommendation based on finding and interaction with occupants.

It's a very beautiful hostel in an nice environment. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchens are top-notch, the colours are pleasant but the rooms are quite small.

The rooms are quite small. The balcony idea is not a bad idea but considering the room size, it should just have been added to make the room bigger.

If you have any function within University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, make no mistake, Gulf Pearl Hostel is 100% the place to lodge. Yes, its an hostel with constant electricity and water. The folks there are homely and natural and yet affordable

Well, gulf pearl is one of the finest hostel in unilorin and they have very lovely protals ,but still the hostel has some shortcomings like water shortage ,not enough electricity to power the hostel .

It is above average, quite spacious, moderately priced, constant light, water, the security is fair u0026 good proximity to the school.
