Good and affordable low budget hotel. Perfect place to lodge if you are stranded or on transit in Ilorin. Just by Gaa Akanbi roundabout, you can't miss it. Close to public transport, main road, stores etc.
The hotel has friendly staff, spacious rooms, lounge and bar. Large spaces for parking too.
I would stay here again if I got to visit Ilorin again.

Geoniks is a low quality hotel with poorly ventilated rooms. The toilets and baths are not properly taken care of. It also has a very bad customer service but one of its pros is that it's services are highly affordable but the quality is subpar

It replicates the environment in which it is located. I was not disappointed, for a hotel located in Gaa Akanbi in Ilorin. Though I just used the place for resting pending my flight out of Ilorin later in the day, as I went to Ilorin for a meeting.
But you can bet it's a budget place to stay. No security and generator was not used during electricity outage.
