I must commend the lady who attended to us, she was courteous, friendly and helpful which made the whole experience enjoyable.

The hall can house over 700 guests and they have lodgings available to.

Their rooms range from executive, to special and finally presidential which is the highest and has a sitting room attached.

Excellence Hall, Guest House, Events, Foodstuff and Properties is the best place to be for affordable events, affordable accommodation, affordable foodstuff and right investment in properties.

Quite a nice place for events but their parking spaces is quite small for their capacity. They also need to work on better lighting

The hall is spacious enough, it has an upper open space that people can sit if the down hall is filled up. Which is a good one. The parking lot is spacious enough for everyone to park as well. Very budget-friendly as well.

I used the guest house and not the hall. The guest house is a horrible place to book. I booked 5 rooms for my family.

1. The rooms were so dusty.
2. The water closet wasn't working so I had to fetch water to bucket and pour to flush the toilet.
3. There was no generator when electricity was seized, I had to get a book from my bag to fan my wife till daybreak.
4. The mosquitoes were so hungry that they were ready for war.
5. No proper lighting, why no replace all bulbs.
6. The power could not power the A/c for 5mins straight without cutting off or the A/c were actually bad and was just a decoration. 7. Fridge was a decoration and very dirty.
8. You can be looking at the person in the toilet while you are in the room because there is a big enough hole on the door.
9. The pigeon hole on the door is bad so someone can peep to be monitoring you.
10. Electrical works looks half done.

My experience wasn't nice, I considered going back to the car to sleep with A/c switched On, I DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL.

that was my first experience in Ilorin, before we left I made sure to scout some hotels since I will still be going back someday.

I believe they can do better if they take the business seriously.
