Their level of professionalism is top notch, my first experience with the staff is warm, the lady doctor is cool and patient, the ambience too is relaxing with sophisticated equipments. KUDOS!

The customer service is top notch. At first, the waiting time was less than 3 minutes. I was called in the young man who took time to check my eyes. Series of test were performed after which there was a sort of briefing on the results of the examination.
The Doctor made his prescription, I selected a lens and was asked to check back the following week. It is also worth mentioning that the environment is serene.

Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointing.
The front desk staff were discourteous and gave preferential treatments to patients they knew to the detriment of those who arrived earlier.
I didn't see the consultant after afewaiting for 4 hours on queue today!

It was a really pleasant experience. Staff are professional, courteous and helpful. The environment squeaky clean. Staffs body language positive. The Doctor took his time, didn't seem to be in a hurry to rush me out. Was easy and comforting to talk to him. Answered questions and clarified answers when necessary and was quite young but thorough and professional. I felt valued as a customer. Even regular customers could not jump the queue. ????????????

Really good customer service from the front desk to the consultation room. I had a great experience, thorough examination and a patient doctor to attend to me.
