Okay but their staff acting uncivil like touts at passport office is something they should put in check ASAP, I understand they may be under ‘target’ pressure but they they can do better in their approach especially before entering the office.

They tried being professional I'll give them that. But it was there management all the way in Abuja that's slow.they work at snail speed,they probably still have folders on folders of unresolved issues on someones desk and that one too doesn't care. Smh

Ikeja traffic is a turn off, but they offer wonderful services.
