Got this 18kt gold ring and I love it because it is absolutely gorgeous. It was definitely worth the wait. Customer service was amazing, she took her time to explain everything to me. Good quality rings.

My husband u0026 I wanted to get a new set of rings today, but we walked away from Ring Emporium with two sets (because of how unique u0026 beautiful they are). ???? We just can't stop staring at the rings.

The customer service here is second to none (no jokes). From attending to us, to giving us advice, u0026 telling us how to take care of our rings.....
I'm happy I didn't choose another ring vendor.

Did I mention that the vendor wasn't available when we got to her store, but we called her u0026 she made it down to us, even earlier than she said she would? ????

As I like to call "REL" ...They got the best of the best, their delivery service is fast and reliable just as their product... Ordering my first set of rings made me convinced they were the best my fiancee couldn't stop looking at the ring the whole night after i engaged her. wish I could propose everyday. Nice services

I had an awesome experience at Ring Emporium. First, my wife, who is very selective loved it and 7 years after, it is still one of her prized procession. The staff are awesome. I would say that, for Value, convenience and peace of mind, this is best place to buy that ring for your Spouse.

We purchased our complete wedding bands end of January 2021, by mid April, the stones on my so called 18 carat gold engagement ring has started falling off and my wedding band looks so old that no one will believe I have just spend 300k to purchase the rings. I did raised my concerns but was told stones do fall off due to wears and tears but excuse me this is a purchase of less than 3 months. Yes am am aware stones do fall off but not for a new purchase and nobody will expect stones to start falling off so soon with that amount of money spend. Could as well buy them under the bridge and am sure they will last longer that the quality and durability purchase I got from Emporium. Imagine showing your rings to friends and family and trying to hide them because the stones are missing and band looks so battered and old. I know you will come here and be defensive but unfortunately we not allow to respond. Our experience with emporium was not a good one and we have been left with 300k out of pocket and with rings that won't see the end of this year

This is a great location and they have excellent customer service. Our service rep Jumoke was outstanding and got along with my spouse like best friends. There ring selections was amazing and affordable. Overall would recommend this place and there products.????????
