The facility is nice but I had issue with their food delivery. It takes too long before you can be served and the food taste needs professional touch. Kindly work on your timing and I hope to have a better mouth-watering food in the future.

The hotel has a club and daily event downstairs in the lounge area. The hotel laundry and restaurant are very good. Front desk workers need more training in the hospitality business. They are not the most polite. The hotel has one functional elevator which is always crowded and getting in and out comes with a lot of hassle. In addition, we found it strange that when you book a stay as a couple, you're given one towel and only one person is entitled to a complimentary breakfast. The hotel room furniture needs an upgrade, also bedsheets need to be changed.

Noisy air conditioner. The mattress was terrible. Made me feel like I didn't get value for my money cos I woke up with terrible back aches. However, their food was nice and electricity was stable

It's a very nice place. Good service and their pool is nice.
Their food is quite expensive though

Serene environment.Very big swimming pool with spacious sit out area.it would be great for parties or events.

It's alright if you're looking for a place to sleep at night. But if you're on vacation, don't bother. The food is mehhh. The place is old and it shows. Not the place if you're big on comfort

The walls are soaking wet, the stairs are too steep. The food is salty especially their soups. Air-conditioning system is not functional and no support from the staff.

After cleaning the room, no towels or toiletries was provided.

The only good thing is the Proximity to the airport.
