Easy to locate, great room service, 24/7 water and power supply ????????, toiletries supply and good intercom. Spacious and neat room............. Though structure doesn't really look good from outside

Great budget hotel. Spacious rooms with clean sheets, power supply constant and very polite staff. Hot water available for bathing and ice cold AC. Food is good; I really enjoyed the poundo with ogbono. However they could do with some maintenance , and the lighting in the room I stayed was rather poor.

In all I'll say it was a nice experience, compared to other overpriced hotels in the area. I will surely go back there whenever in Lagos.

Nice place to be, with moderate if not cheapest along the axis it's situated. Good and spacious rooms

Reception on arrival was good.
Old window unit air conditioner very noisy.
Water heater not functional.
So I had to request for hot water to be given to me from room service.
Towel wasn't given to me because they washed all of them and non was available .
This is very poor of a hotel .
They seriously need an upgrade.
Doubt I'll come here again.

It is a 3-star hotel with spacious restroom and room area. It is located in a serene environment but the rooms are not sound proof. Noise made in the lobby was so audible in my room.
