If you’re looking for an average accommodation then this is for your, the Rooms are clean and okay, though some rooms don’t have a running hot water you have to request for it.
The hotel staff are hospitable and friendly, the food in the restaurant taste good, but abit expensive.
In General it’s an okay hotel.

Mosquitoes were after my life and I was so itching while on the bed.
Had to request for pesticides and I slept well. Two stars because I slept well afterwards.

If there's anything beneath zero star I'd be more than glad to give it to them.... I've visited 3 times and I've had 3 different experiences, the first time I observed there wasn't running water in the bathroom AT ALL; the second time there were TOO MANY COCKROACHES creeping out of everywhere (even in the refrigerator), the tap in the shower wasn't running, I had to fetch from the sink, plus the sink was blocked and water kept running on the floor and bringing a terrible stench in the bathroom, then the manager and that skinny, sacrificial-looking receptionist assaulted me when I was checking out; street rats making noise in the middle of the night and constituting serious nuisance; the third time cockroaches welcomed me from the door, there was no running water, the bedsheets were DIRTY.... First of all there should be a renovation, new set of rules, and an entire change of management!

I stayed here for two nights.

- I booked my stay online via their website, but from the reaction of the receptionist when I arrived to check in, it seems they're not too familiar with the online process. So it might be better to call them for your reservation and maybe pay on site too.

-Hotel staff were very friendly and professional

- Food served by the hotel restaurant was okay. (6/10). But the price was outrageous, almost times two of what is obtainable outside. Also, delivery times for the meals took too long also.

-The room was okay, ac functional, TV in good order too.

-The room service was below average, over the duration of my stay here, not once did they come in to clean up the apartment. Not good????

-Overall, it's a nice budget hotel, location is really good, friendly staff and personnels too. If they can improve on some of their other flaws, I would highly recommend it.

Too much bugs! Cockroaches literally have a field day as guests in this place and it's only terrible as just frequent fumigation would get it fixed.
Do better please!

Worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. A place where cockroaches are your lodge mates. Poor ventilation, horrible smell everywhere around the premises. People please stay away from here if you want to have good value for your money. Thank you.
