So the rooms are just there, split AC, water heater, TV etc I just didn't fancy my stay that much, maybe it's because the pictures are better than what I actually saw or that the staff are not so welcoming or the renovation works going on outside. I'd rather anyone have a look first before booking so as to avoid feeling disappointed.

Nice environment,nice food the facilities was great spent 2days and it was nice friendly staffs , affordable rooms would highly recommend to anyone

I met a Very Crude, Rude, Unrefined and Mannerless Manager at the reception. Got to the hotel by 2pm and he claimed the room wasn’t ready even though the room was paid for very early in the morning. He knows absolutely nothing about hospitality or how to talk to ladies. When the room was eventually ready, after waiting for about 10 minutes at the reception, his countenance and mannerism was very discouraging. Told me to get up to show me the room and that he has other things to do. I refuse to stay in such an establishment that encourages bad behavior and rudeness. Will definitely not refer this place to anyone. Even the housekeepers were more apologetic than the arrogant douche/so called manager. Latano was a home away from home, my fiance and I really enjoyed the coziness, privacy and the Nigerian cuisine and the staff are pleasant to be around.

Staff not friendly nor smile's.
POS machine never works, blames network missed my flight due to that..
They are not flexible enough for this 21st century pressure and stress .
I definitely won't be going back there nor recommend it to anybody.

Great Service, very good food, cool ambience, nice location in GRA. The only downside was the poor internet during my two weeks stay. But I'll definitely come back again

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Courteous staff. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement in terms of food choice, taste and utensils. Room baths should have shower curtains/other decent means of ensuring floors doesn't become water logged after shower. Over all, not a bad hotel.
