The reason I was attracted to this company in the first place was their refusal to make something out of inferior materials when they could have just easily taken the money.
The cabinet they made for me was from a photo I supplied and they consulted with me all the way, the shape of the handles and their colour. The wood they sourced was lovely and different, the ironwork was precise, the only thing you could nitpick is the woodwork showing signs of being handmade - but to me this adds heaps of charm to the piece which is rare these days. On the whole they did a great job and deserve 5 stars especially compared to the quality of some of the Nigerian companies that have done work for me.
The couch was my choice of colour and again was made from an image I photoshopped and it matches very well, they showed me the leather swatches and made the whole thing in genuine real leather, smells great.

These guys operate a rare but interesting furniture business model. With their great website showcasing stimulating pictures and a catalogue that will make your wallet salivate, their shop dwells online. But I wanted to see them and put a face to the great visuals. I did. There is a warehouse in Aspamda but they operate from Oregun, their work station. These guys don't just want to sell home or office furniture to you; they also want to embark on your furniture journey with you - choices, supply, installation, care and maintenance. They will school you on furniture basics - interior consideration, draft designs, 3D rendering, and the actual making and delivery. From leather to fabrics to wood, I left with good information. They can even take your old furniture and refurbish it into something stunningly different. They love and practice the concept of customer lifetime value. To see their works, go online or call for a catalogue. You won't see much at their work station. I visited the day they had a few ongoing works and I caught a few pics to share from this place that's located in a residential area.

I am really impressed by the high level service delivery of this company! They reupholstered my settee still record time, well done and using authentic animal skin leather as requested! Kudos to them and please keep it up!????????????????????

Recently used Equinox for refurbishment of 5 year old 7 Seater leather sofa and also commissioned them to make me a new dining set.
A. What they did well:
1. Brought temporary furniture for us to use while they were working on the old
2. Did the refurbishment job perfectly, with very high quality leather together with a 12 month guarantee
3. Possibly the only organisation that does refurbishment of furniture in Lagos
4. Good client relationship management. Smart and the team.

B. Areas of improvement
1. Delays. They claimed Covid had disrupted their workforce.
2. The dining chairs were not standardised. The chairs were of different lengths. Seems they use little automation hence the chairs looked different in finishing. There was also a mix up with table length but they managed it very well

C. Recommendations
1. Need to manage delays in a proactive manner
2. Need to invest in automation to standardise output

Overall, I'm happy to use them again and have no problems recommending their work

Stumbled on Equinox on Instagram... I was a bit skeptical Cos I have never ordered such on line I always like to see. I contacted them and decided to give them a try. I was wowed when it was delivered. A very neat job , good quality, good customer service.... I can go on and on . Good job guys????????

Very lovely set of sofas for an affordable price. I'm glad I chose Equinox Furniture to do my set of sofas, one of the best decisions I have made. The customer service is great as well and I highly recommend this furniture place to anyone.

Many thanks to Equinox Furniture I was planning for a new sofa when I got in touch with them on instagram and off we strike the deal and they delivered exact day as promised and I also got a birthday gift as well. Some people in boxed me to ask if they are real too,kudos guy
