I will share my both experience with De Rembrandt.was bad and also amazing, firstly the need to improve on the record, our reservation was mixed up but was lately sorted out, we did receive their apologies with the family size room that was given to us. You are looking a family size room, you might want to check them out, amazing setup, two beds, spacious room and amazing decorations, it a nice place to have that family sleep out or trip.
Make sure you double check your reservation.
Thanks De Rebrandt for the comfort at last.

I stay with De Rambrandt almost 4 weeks, I was at both locations. However one problem I had with De Rambrandt Hotel at the smaller branch, Front Desk Staff. I Was Always Told I'm Owning But I Wasn't Owning. You Order Food And Didn't Pay But I Did Pay. Staff Would Always Say Sorry Mama, this issues was continuing and irritating. I would always pay for my stay weekly in full and get my receipt. If I order food and that was barley, also would pay in full.

Finally on my last day stay there I'm told I'm owing. First staff said it was a mistake, I didn't owe. Staff call the manager, showed her my receipt, I was there over an hour plus discussing this issues and waiting. I couldn't trust anything they say because of previous encounters. Manager said staff made a mistake and didn't charge me one night, I took out my receipt show her and she still said I was owing.

Tell you the truth, I didn't believe, I was owing. However I just paid because I had a plane to catch. I guest finally got extra money out of me because staff was always saying I'm owing. So if you stay at De Rambrandt make sure things are clear on payment. It was just disappointing to me as much money I spent with them. Have a blessed day everyone ????

I didn’t enjoy my stay here at all
The rooms are neat and affordable.
A staff barged into my room unannounced. I was horrified!
He said he didn’t know the room was occupied ????
Then the food was expensive and tasteless

The staff are very very helpful all around the slim receptionist is polite, helpful and straightforward as far as your billing are concerned. The breakfast is awesome. We'll ✔️ done. Yam and stewed eggs. We'll done. The security-related entrance is tight. The hot water, I am not sure I know how to operate, I get cold water to shower despite repeated complaints to the front desk.

Centrally situated within business districts in Ikeja. Amazingly wonderful staffs and good customer service.
