Dear Clinix, there's a tall fair guy-Dr Oluyemi, who does endoscopy and colonoscopy who makes tasteless jokes and remarks. Please check him. His bedside manners are despicable. He is not gentle about the procedure and these are very intrusive tests. Please for myself and many others that have endured his nonsense, look into this.

I was impressed, the center was unlike any other diagnostic center I've been to in Nigeria. They are well organized, the give priority to emergencies, children and elderly patients. And the have free Wi-Fi to. My first day there I almost spent the whole day because of the crowd of people there but the second visit to pick up the results was much faster.

I was booked for a test. Went there twice and was asked to come back another day that the person in charge was going to be around on a particular date which the reception desk out of negligence didn't inform me. I got pregnant before the date I was asked to come. My doctor requested for another test,I went back there. Explained why I can't have the already scheduled test because I was pregnant, that the already paid money should be effected on the current test. They refused and asked me to pay for the current, and requested for my account number to refund the first payment. Till moment as I write this review, they refused to refund my money. I have been there three times,they kept posting me. This diagnostic center is fraudulent. There ultrasound machine is outdated as the time I went for pregnancy scan. I lost the pregnancy immediately after the scan when I went to use the toilet. I rushed back to inform the person who conducted the scan. He was so characterless and treated the matter with no remorse at all. He shoved my complaints like ' and so what? I rushed to the hospital and lost it after three days. The day I will go back there for my refund would be a court order for damages. Beware !

My first experience was fair. The second experience was worst and I don't think I want to go back. Two days after, I'm yet to get my results.
