Spoons and Swallows is a cafeteria in Sultan Bello Hall, one of the halls of residence in University of Ibadan. Their nomenclature portrays what they deals with, which are mainly spoons(anything you eat with spoons), swallows( any food eat with hands).

Very affordable place to get a variety of soups, African dishes, and drinks. Not a cozy ambience but this place speaks affordability to the public.
