It is a nice place to stay and enjoy yourself when you are in Yemetu-Oja in Ibadan.

A budget friendly hotel, the rooms requires a little bit of renovation though.

But for the price, it's a nice option. AC and the water heater works, with friendly and ready to assist staff.

I would recommend it if you're on a slim budget and wouldn't mind the aesthetics, but if you're looking for a picturesque place, then this isn't the place for you.

It's quite ???? but I didn't use AC overnight. Mosquitoes are just running on my ears. No multiple sockets in the rooms for private use... Reuse towels, I was eventually given tied bedspread, poor duvet. It can be improved on.
Good curtains and quiet environment though.

Such a wonderful customer service. All their staff are very courteous. The rooms are spacious and the environment is serene. I recommend their service.

A little run down, power is not regular, only available late at night to early morning.
