I wish there is a way to award 0 star. The hotel is shambolic. Nice location but that's all. The staff are horrible. You won't sleep with the AC on except their public electricity supplied. The rooms are dirty, towel is dirty, bedsheet is as dirty as a boys hostel bedsheet. They will on small generators for the few rooms that are lucky to have a fan. That place is worse than a state University Boys hostel.

A very neat hotel with reasonable price, it has its bar on the roof top which I think is quite nice. The reception looks neat too but has no seaters for guest to use while waiting. It has a number of parking and it has fairly good security.

The hotel despite be in a nice place of ring road, it is nice outside, but all the rooms are not worth the amount charged,
Cockroaches everywhere, POP not in shape, doors are not okay,
TV has no working remotes, washrooms are poor.
Kitchen service is fast but utensils are poor and not perfect at all, this hotel is out of rating, if there is a rating below 1star, I will use that rather than 1 star.
Kitchen staffs even hike up the price of foods in order to get their own cuts because they are not well treated.
I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel.
I can’t recommend the hotel whatsoever

Poor Service!

Even though the location is good to access, the service is terrible.
From the personnel to the interior facility.

I'll advise that the management should consider a review and total overhaul of their operations.

Made a huge regret lodging at this hotel, room service was so poor, staff so mannerless, they’d not knock when coming in they’ll just keep pushing the door. Amenities are zero to none, AC wasn’t functioning, had to deal with the heat, water wasn’t running, staffs had to fetch water and bring all the way up, generator wasn’t coming up, I can go on and on and on.. it’s jus a huge regret ever lodging here .. I just hope the whole hotel goes through a major overhaul

This hotel is very poor, having been in great location, it supposed to be one among the 3stars hotel at least but alas, not even can it be classified as 1star hotel.
Rooms are poor, only the face decorations are ok,
Services is poor, imagine wanted to stay a week and was asking for discount, the manager shouted on me as if she was fighting me which is the first time using the hotel, what a very bad experience I ever experienced in hotels around me

They listed free breakfast, which absolutely lies, I lodged in the highest amount of their rooms for convenience sake, not even a single free bottle water before talking of free breakfast.

The kitchen staff also making item ordering look so hard by inflating the price of foods and items. (Extorting)
Utensils are very poor like broken or marked edges plates and cups, lite metal spoons, rooms with no treatment and poor washrooms

Bad Pops and Doors just to mention few.
I regretted paying for 3 days, not even was my car washed (1st hotel that I will stay couple of day and my car exteriors remain as dirty as it was when I lodged in)

What a poor hotel.

The hotel has a good location but it is not properly managed.

-The Pop of the room I stayed in looks like it will soon cave in with plenty cracks, I had to stay at the other end of the room praying morning comes fast so that I can checkout.
- Television is nonsense, volume works for about 15 minutes and it goes off for hours.
- Fan cannot rotate and makes funny sound when you try to move it.
- Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty with brown and dark patches.
- The bedframe, tables and chairs were dusty, the staff was called to clean which she did and there was still dust.
- Toilet and bathroom remind me of public toilets, urine stench, brown walls, brown toilet seats and washing hand basin.
- The power supply is total rubbish
- Coackroaches were in the room I stayed, I had to safeguard my bag.
- The Staff have local attitudes
- No hot water, I was provided with dirty bucket and baller to bath with.
