It's a branch of the popular Pentecostal church in Nigeria, called "MFM". A good place to worship and pray, particularly the MFM style of prayers. This specific location is easily accessible, close the popular Iwo Road inter-state bus stop in Ibadan, and serves as a regional HQ for other churches.
