Mosquitoes everywhere.
Fee is too high for the service you'll get.
Water heaters are all spoilt.
Some rooms don't have functional AC.
Dirty duvet is kept for a new occupant.
Bedspread stinks so bad.

Set up is quite impressive but the interior is poorly managed

The owner/management needs to thoroughly trained his staff especially the ones at the reception. They are so redundant u0026 behaves so nonchalantly to lodgers.
The hotel itself needs a form of rearrangement u0026 refurbishments to harness with a modern styled hotel.
The bedspread u0026 room condition reeks of a "short time hotel"

The place is small but cute.The bedsheets need to be changed though and the customer service needs to be improved .

It's a very cool and calm environment with a lot of jumps.Theyre also promoting young artiste always.it is located at orita challenge at the back of watts petroleum

Joybam Hotel is a generally enjoyable place to put in. First, it is a perfectly situated hotel, close to the main road at Orita-Challenge, which makes it very easy to spot.
Secondly, it's rooms, though not exactly spacious, are well maintained.
Another plus is the spacious open-air bar and restaurant in the compound. Good for live music performance as well as a memorable hangout with friends and loved ones.

The down side is that the restaurant service is slow as snail. Secondly, saucy attendants put a mighty stain on the customer relations.

Ps: Book rooms early enough. The rate at which rooms get booked out is alarming.

In all, Joybam Hotel is a place you would enjoy, provided you are quick in time to get a room for yourself. Cheers!
