I was impressed by the level of professionalism of the security guards. The staff are also very courteous and know what they are doing. The bank also has a very serene environment with beautiful paintings hung on the walls.

This is by far the nicest branch of GTBank I have visited in Ibadan. The structure is cool, with friendly staff (both banking and security). Apart from the initial queue due to the COVID-19 protocol, their customer service is really good. Be assured of quality service when you visit

???????????????? i always try as much as possible to avoid going there. Too crowded and slow movement of the queue.
There was a time they just invented this dialing of 737 code to make deposit and I wanted to make a deposit. a security man and a man at the counter were kicking me to each other. The code was not working on my phone and all they could do is make me walk up and down in the crowded environment. I later worked out wasting all of my time there.

This branch looks slightly different from other GTBANK branches and has serious parking issues for customer cars.

Why is the customer service so poor, as in those tellers are just so rude and arrogant
