This used to be a very large supermarket. Now, in the shadow of it's former self, a flea market. Visiting here, you'd likely not know how sightly it once was, but you'd get the idea of how big a deal it was in it's former glory.
Let's just call it "A museum of it's former self". That's what Agbowo Shopping Complex is now.

Well, it was a major commercial complex where you could access a lot of services ranging from saloons, printing u0026 photocopy services, photo sessions, local food joints, bookshops; it also has an underground parking space. Presently, the government has taken possession of this place and its presently undergoing renovations. Rumor has it that Shoprite might just be moving in there after renovation. It is located opposite the famous University of Ibadan 1st gate.

Simply put, this complex needs renovation. It's a good structure and maybe the next big one in Ibadan after the great Cocoa house. It has a good number of shops and stores and a great place to be for any student related activities and needs.

Used to be a big shopping structure that attracted a lot of shop owners whose target customers are Largely Students of the University of Ibadan.
But in the past months or a Year. Ajimobi Led government in his second Term shut it down and most shop owners stopped operations. The place has since lost more value and Needs a wholesome renovation.

The shopping complex was once a big shopping mall but no longer like that as almost all the traders have deserted it for other places. Some people still sell books and some others run cyber cafe within the compound. Some others use the place as a car park. It must have been a nice place when it was bubbling but only stories remains of its glory.
Just behind it, in fact all around the fence of this complex are makeshift shops, tents(umbrella) and kiosk where all types of various things are sold beside the road just opposite the Unibadan.

Agbowo Shopping Complex is just opposite University of Ibadan main gate. It is a three-storey building which houses many shops. Many shopping items are sold in the complex, and it is interesting in and around it, especially as traders are usually seen displaying their wares. Also, business ventures, and services are found in the same compound. Currently, it is undergoing some repairs so that it can look more atrractive. Even at that, business activities are still going on as usual.

Agbowo Shopping Complex nice shopping complex if its can be renovated located directly opposite UI fast gate Ibadan place to get fashion materials at avoidable price from clothes to shoes, bags and jewelry's at affordable price.
Also their is fast food joint in this complex.
But this Complex really needs renovation
