It is one of the worst places to visit for phone hardware repair. Majority of the technicians working there are not trustworthy. One of the technicians (Eng. Oni Oluwatoboloba S.) collected #33k from me for the past five weeks to replace the screen of my M6, he later told me that they could not get the one that can work with my phone. He gave me my phone, requested for account detailes and promised to credit my account less than one hour. For the past eight days now he had been given me several excuses. It was an attempt to report to who ever head them that made me got this site. Nigerians should be careful when visiting the office.

It's a good place for gionee phones repair. They have good customer relationship, based on my experience and they also fix other androids not necessarily Gionee alone.
Overall they are okay

Quite OK a place....just a third party Gionee Care centre.... They need to be more open about their competencies with customers...so as not to waste precious time Lavatory doesn't have water...still a cool place...they are not solving Gionee's customers problems the way they should...

....i was there and I saw the way things work, they made sure everyone was attended to and their service was as great as any other phone centre.

The engineers and marketers are/were nice.. but the receptionists tho.... Shame!!!!
And their price list, why so expensive? Tryna b the Indian Sammy? ????
