The hotel is an old building with large flight of stairs and no elevator! When using the stairs, watch the archs as there are very low . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are reasonably priced but need an upgrade.

Fairly OK rooms with basic amenities.
Poor service orientation of staffers.. especially the kitchen staff.
Noisy poolside bar can be a turn off.. especially on weekends.

This is a terrible place to stay. The bathrooms and toilets are horrible, nasty and disgusting. The owner needs to pay attention to upgrading and keeping this hotel clean and healthy for human stay.

I think the structure is gradually depreciating. For the price they're charging, they ought to do better in terms of maintenance.

Had very bad experience with the local and dirty frontline *ladies* staff.

Poor customer service, and zero communication skills. These frontline ladies were so full of themselves, and were so rude.

The room was also dirty, and stunk. I had to call for a towel, and the bed spread was old.

Dirty water with bad smell coming out of the shower. The had a bucket in shower.

I would NOT recommend this hotel.

I had a rather terrible customer service experience especially with the ladies at the reception on the 3rd of Dec! One of them was particularly rude and saucy when I complained about an issue I had with one of the rooms I booked.

It was a very long, very upsetting night indeed. A number of the rooms at the higher floors were also in a dilapidated state. Not an experience I will like to repeat at all!
